We strive to give you the very best in order to enhance your spa experience and ask you to adhere to certain policies to benefit you and our therapists. Arrival Please arrive for your appointment 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment allowing ample time to complete your client profile, shower, and prepare for your treatment. Cancellations & Missed Appointments All cancellations require 24 hours advanced notice. Same-day cancellations will be charged at 50% of the schedule treatment(s). Missed appointments will be charged the full value of the scheduled treatment(s). Late Arrivals All spa appointments are designed to allow the appropriate time to provide the fullest benefits to you. Your late arrival will limit our ability to offer you our most effective and enjoyable service. Gratuity Rates do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, 10% to 20% is customary. Our staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way. Children Children are welcome in the spa only when receiving treatments. Children may not accompany adults into any treatment room. Payment We accept cash, Visa & MasterCard as well as debit cards. We also accept personal checks. Gift Cards Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift cards and spa packages are fully transferable but not refundable. Party/Group Bookings We are pleased to accommodate your special occasions and large groups. Please call for arrangements. Prices Prices are subject to change without notice. |
