Swedish Massage
This massage was developed in a collaborative effort by all of our therapists,combining the best of their individual Swedish massage techniques into one amazingly blissful massage.

Restorative Deep Tissue Massage
Focusing on releasing deeply held muscular tension and working to correct body imbalance.

Combination Massage
You will experience the relaxation of Swedish massage while also receiving deep tissue or Cranial Sacral therapy to help release muscular tension, jaw pain, headaches, and chronic fatigue.

Hot Stone Massage
Using heated stones, each therapist incorporates their individual massage to apply oil and warm stones to the body. They are used as extended tools of the therapist's hand; soothing, warming, and penetrating into the deeper layers of muscle. The ultimate experience for complete relaxation and balance for the entire whole being.

Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a harmonious and rhythmical dance known as the loving hands massage. Long continuous strokes gently rock the body into waves creating a blissful tension release. Hawaiian prayer and intention of the bodywork session between practitioner and client help build a spiritual foundation with this beautiful massage.

Motherhood Massage
Our certified pregnancy massage specialists provide a treatment expressly created to support and nurture the mother-to-be and new mother. Special techniques, pillows,and bolsters ensure complete relaxation and comfort even late in pregnancy. Enhances the well being of mother and child. Recommended after the first trimester.

Chair Massage
An effective fully clothed seated massage up to 1/2 an hour, pressing and massaging energy points along the meridians of the body. This massage will leave you feeling rejuvenated, peaceful, and grounded.
$1 per minute, schedule in 15, 20, or 30 minute increments
Foot Reflexology
This can be enjoyed with any massage session or on its own. Pressure points in the feet are worked to relieve tension throughout the body.

Body Scrubs
We currently feature seasonal blends created by Melinda for our body scrub treatments . Each have a base of organic coconut and almond oils and have a variety of Essential Oils and Botanicals. The front desk is happy to provide you with a sampling of both to help you make the right decision.
Refine and exfoliate your skin with this luxurious treatment. Choose between a salt or sugar body scrub. Our Salt Glow is beneficial to those wishing to detoxify as this treatment pulls toxins from the body. The Sugar Body Polish will soften your skin and entice the tummy. Both Sacred Mountain scrubs are made in-house and change seasonally .

Alternative Therapies
Polarity Therapy
During your session, the polarity practitioner will assess energetic attributes using palpitation and observation with gentle rocking, and point-specific touch, which may be light, medium, and/or firm. Clients will experience an increase in self-awareness with subtle energetic sensations, which are often described as warm, and/or tingling, and/or wavelike movements. The results of this work varies and may include profound relaxation and relief from problematic situations such as hypertension, anxiety, and breathing disorders.
This treatment does not require disrobing.

Our nail services are truly all-natural. The products we use are 100% natural and organic. These products have been created to provide our clients with the therapeutic and relaxing benefits gained from ingredients that can only be found in nature. Whether you are receiving an express service or one of our spa treatments, we will provide you with a luxurious experience using products that are not harmful to you or the environment.
Spa Manicure and/or Pedicure
The service includes cuticle treatment, nail shaping, and a nail buff. You will also be treated to an exfoliating and invigorating sugar scrub. Our pedicure is finished with a moisturizing massage and polish.

Facials & Waxing
Our Estheticians are experienced individuals who will provide you with nourished skin and maximum rejuvenation. Sacred Mountain Spa features Naturopathica products and your facial will be customized to fit your skin's needs. After your treatment, the Estetician will recommend a daily skin care regimen to keep your skin healthy in between treatments.
Signature Facial
After a skin analysis, the Esthetician will choose the appropriate Naturopathica ingredients for your service to maximize skin restoration and vitality. This facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, steam and extractions, two treatment masks accompanied by massage for the face, neck, arms, and hands.
