Matthew was certified as a Massage Therapist at “The Center For Body Harmonics” in Santa Clara in 1995. He now lives full-time in Mt Shasta doing Massage Therapy and Healing Work. He is certified in Swedish, Deep tissue, Kahi Loa, and Chair Shiatsu Massage. Since then, he has teamed up with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and other practitioners to gain experience in a variety of modalities.
He has been a student in the Native American and Metaphysical healing arts since the late 80’s and has integrated this knowledge into his massage work. He has an extraordinary way of finding the problems of pain in each individual client. He has a strong awareness and intuitive insight in his ability to find healing solutions for each person.
Matthew is also available for healing sessions. These sessions include emotional cleansing, Chakra clearing from old belief patterns, past life reflections to give the present more understanding, and full body spiritual balance using spiritual guidance.

Cindi's intention in her massage practice is to create a sanctuary full of
light, warmth and spaciousness for the body and soul to align from within.
She sees her touch facilitating the release of tension, where the body's
natural state of balance returns. Throughout a session, Cindi holds space
for each client's inherent self-healing through her mindful and intuitive
touch. She encourages the use of the breath which can change the shape of
the tissues, thereby releasing old habits and patterns. Cindi begins each
session with a Polarity Balance to open up and encourage the free flow of
energy in the body. She continues with gentle rocking and Table Shiatsu and
moving into an effleurage of blended coconut, sesame and jojoba oils to
nourish and hydrate the skin. Her Swedish strokes are long and flowing,
with a hint of Esalen-style, integrating into deeper Swedish work. She will
pause and give time and attention to specific areas of the body and still
complete a full body massage.
Cindi received her training and massage certification in 1998 at Cypress
Health Institute in Santa Cruz, CA. While practicing massage, her life
experience in this sea-side town was also deeply enriched by nearly a decade
of intensive study with her teachers, Rena Dubin and Kofi Busia in the art
and practice of Iyengar Yoga. It was during these years that Cindi came to
know more fully the brillance that lives within all of us that leads to a
life of joy and freedom. She came to Mt. Shasta in 2001, where she began
teaching yoga classes publically and privately for over three years. She has
been living in Mt. Shasta full-time, integrating her knowledge as a massage
therapist and yoga instructor, offering these modalities to visitors and
members of the community alike.
Cindi began working at the Sacred Mountain Spa in the late spring of 2006
and is very grateful to hold sessions in such a lovely, peaceful
environment. She blends the modalities of Swedish Massage, Deep-Integrative
Swedish, Table Shiatsu and Polarity Therapy into a melanage of healing
delight.
